Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of the assigned Condominium Association. This role requires a strong maintenance background, as well as the ability to work independently. The Maintenance Person will play a crucial role in maintaining the premises, performing repairs, and providing excellent customer service.
Duties
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance throughout the community.
- Utilize equipment such as power washers and leaf blowers.
- Maintain and replace exterior light bulbs as needed.
- Perform residential painting and other aesthetic improvements as needed.
- Supervise maintenance projects and coordinate with external contractors when required.
- Document maintenance activities throughout the day.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance service requests and report to the office when completed.
Experience
- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform repairs on various equipment.
- Familiarity with electrical systems to be able to replace bulbs and photocells.
- Experience in overseeing projects or teams is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with the Board of Directors, Association members, and office staff.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating within a team environment.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
