Position Overview
The Communications Project Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing key communication initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills who can oversee communication workflows, implement best practices, and engage stakeholders across multiple departments.
The ideal candidate possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience with content creation and distribution, and a strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Communication & Project Management
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans to align with company objectives.
- Oversee and manage key internal and external communication initiatives, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Facilitate collaboration between departments to support company-wide messaging and alignment.
Content Development & Messaging
- Create, edit, and distribute communication materials, including newsletters, press releases, internal announcements, and executive reports.
- Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand messaging.
- Leverage multiple platforms (email, digital, social media) to enhance outreach and engagement.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
- Act as the primary liaison for internal and external communications, ensuring clear and consistent messaging.
- Work closely with leadership and department heads to keep stakeholders informed of key updates and initiatives.
Process Improvement & Innovation
- Identify opportunities to enhance communication workflows and implement new best practices.
- Introduce and optimize tools and platforms for improved message delivery and engagement.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure all communications adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
- Address and resolve communication-related challenges in a timely manner.
Qualifications & Skills
Required Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in corporate communications, project management, or marketing.
- Strong background in content development, messaging strategy, and stakeholder engagement.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com).
- Experience with email marketing tools, social media management, and digital communication platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and content management systems.
