About the Role
Seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join the team. In this role, you will set up and operate both CNC lathe and mill machines in a cell-based environment, producing short-run precision parts. This means no endless repetition — you'll stay hands-on and actively involved throughout production.

- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Saturdays: Half-day shifts (as needed)

Responsibilities
- Set up lathe & mill machines
- Adjust speeds & feeds
- Maximize run times
- Read and interpret blueprints or other drawings
- Adhere to tolerances
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, etc
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines
- Report issues and suggest improvements
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience on set up/operation/editing CNC lathe and/or mill machines
- Ability to read and interpret customer and engineer drawings and prints
- Knowledge of measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, indicators
