Description
We are seeking motivated individuals eager to start their careers as CNC Technicians. As part of our team, you’ll play a vital role in providing maintenance support and assisting with installations of CNC equipment. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and growing field.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CNC machines.
- Learn to ensure compliance with quality control standards during installations and maintenance tasks.
- Focus on safety by adhering to OSHA regulations during all operations.
- Support system installations and maintenance while maintaining accurate project records.
- Contribute to the preparation of installation and maintenance reports and documentation.
- Manage time effectively and work to meet installation schedules.
- Update installation and maintenance documentation and daily reporting.
- Ensure the proper operation of CNC machines after installation.
- Participate in property surveys for new projects and assist in gathering quotes and necessary documentation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory management.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and standardized processes.
- Develop mentorship skills and receive on-the-job training from experienced technicians.
- Stay up to date by attending training sessions and company meetings as directed.
- Collaborate closely with team members to contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Who You Are:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn CNC technology.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems with guidance.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a flexible schedule.
- Willingness to travel for work assignments as needed, up to 75%.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
