We’re seeking a Customer Support Representative to assist customers with their CNC router needs. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional service by helping diagnose issues, coordinating solutions, and ensuring customers receive the right parts and technical support.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with questions, troubleshooting, and technical support via phone, email, and secure log-in.
✅ Gather and assess customer concerns to provide accurate information and direct them to the best solutions.
✅ Coordinate with technicians and other departments to ensure quick and efficient resolutions.
✅ Process service requests, parts orders, and documentation to streamline customer support.
✅ Communicate clearly and professionally, ensuring customers feel supported and informed.
✅ Learn and grow! Gain knowledge about CNC routers, troubleshooting procedures, and our internal systems.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Customer service experience (technical support experience is a plus!)
🔹 Strong communication and problem-solving skills
🔹 Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
🔹 Comfortable using computers, logging information, and managing service cases
