Duties
- Manage office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and supply management.

- Utilize software such as Paylocity for payroll processing and employee management.
- Implement change management strategies to improve office efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with team members at all levels to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HR processes and office operations.
- Accounts receivable billing of daily shipments, applying payments to invoices when customers pay outstanding invoices, and contacting customers to obtain payment status of late payments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Familiarity with HR practices, including benefits administration and workers' compensation.
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Paylocity is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and financial management practices.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and implement effective change management strategies.
