Position Brief:
The Chatham Group: Advanced Materials and Technologies Recruiting Firm is seeking qualified candidates for a Maintenance Engineering Leader for a client in the Advanced Consumer Packaging Products industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing the lifespan and reliability of plant manufacturing equipment through Total Productive Maintenance and general Maintenance Excellence programs and lead and manage all plant maintenance operational initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage a reliability-centered maintenance program to improve production uptime and overall equipment uptime
- Lead safety training initiatives to prevent injury during equipment operation
- Maintain a high standard of plant operating condition and equipment performance
- Lead the scope and execution of plant capital projects for equipment installs and rebuilds
- Use root cause analysis to identify origins of equipment failures and downtimes
- Promote a culture of continuous process improvement
Requirements:
- BS in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or other highly relevant field
- 3-6 years of experience in plant maintenance and reliability engineering within an industrial manufacturing environment
- 2 years of experience supervising maintenance and reliability technicians
- Experience with TPM program
- OSHA safety training experience
- Sufficient understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and sensor maintenance and reliability
Relocation assistance will be provided to qualified candidates, and compensation will be commensurate with experience.
Salary : $95,000 - $105,000
