POSITION SUMMARY
The Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) will play a key role in delivering advanced aesthetic treatments and providing expert care to patients at Reflections. This role combines clinical expertise with an in-depth understanding of aesthetic procedures to ensure safe, effective, and personalized treatments. The NP or PA will conduct patient consultations, perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures, and develop customized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and best practices in aesthetic medicine.
As a clinical leader within the practice, the NP or PA will work closely with the medical and administrative teams to drive both patient satisfaction and practice growth. This position requires a commitment to ongoing education, a passion for aesthetics, and a dedication to delivering the highest level of care and safety.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations to assess goals and medical history, providing expert recommendations for treatments and procedures.
- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments, including injectables (neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators) and procedures such as laser hair removal, IPL, RF micro-needling, and other skincare therapies.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with patient objectives and ensure the highest level of care and safety.
- Provide thorough pre- and post-treatment care instructions to patients, ensuring optimal results and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to deliver a seamless and exceptional patient experience.
- Maintain accurate patient records, document consultations, procedures, and follow-ups in compliance with medical protocols.
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to offer cutting-edge treatments.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and maintain all necessary licensure and certifications.
- Actively participate in team meetings and training to support continuous improvement and growth within the practice.
- Promote and recommend skincare products and treatments to support patient results and contribute to the practice’s sales goals.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE:
- 1-3 years of experience in aesthetics, including injectables (neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators) and non-invasive treatments such as laser hair removal, IPL, RF micro-needling, and other aesthetic protocols. (Training available for the right candidate.)
- Active NY/NJ Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in good standing.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products and aesthetic treatments, with a passion for continuous learning and skill development.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide personalized aftercare recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in sales, time management, and delivering exceptional patient care.
- Enthusiastic, personable, and professional demeanor, with a strong passion for the aesthetics industry.
- Flexible availability
