Location & Work Environment
- In-office role based in Dallas, TX (Monday–Thursday)
- Remote work on Fridays
- Work closely with leadership and operations teams, engaging with employees across multiple locations
What We’re Looking For
We need a hands-on HR leader who thrives in a build-as-we-grow environment. Someone who isn’t afraid to dig into the details, solve problems in real time, and develop HR processes that scale with the business.
This role partners closely with the Director of Human Resources and location leadership to enhance employee engagement, talent development, and HR operations. You’ll play a key role in shaping how HR supports our teams, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Business Partnership
- Conducts weekly check-ins with business units to ensure HR strategies align with operational needs
- Provides coaching, performance management guidance, and leadership support across both clinical and non-clinical teams
- Designs and delivers HR policies, programs, and best practices to support a rapidly growing company
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Acts as a trusted advisor, proactively addressing employee concerns and resolving complex HR issues
- Conducts fact-based investigations and partners with leadership on resolution strategies
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and industry-specific employment laws, working closely with legal counsel when necessary
Talent Development & Workforce Planning
- Identifies training and development needs, offering tailored coaching and career pathing support
- Leads workforce planning and succession strategies, helping to shape the future of the organization
- Drafts and formalizes job offers, promotions, and internal transfers
Benefits & Leave Administration
- Supports benefits administration, guiding employees through enrollment, eligibility, and available resources
- Oversees FMLA, ADA, and other leave programs, ensuring compliance and effective employee communication
Culture & Engagement
- Fosters a dynamic, people-first culture, creating programs that boost employee engagement and retention
- Builds strong, trust-based relationships with employees at all levels to enhance morale and collaboration
- Analyzes HR trends and workforce data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
What You Bring
- 8 years of experience handling complex employee relations and HR operations in a fast-moving environment
- A passion for building HR infrastructure, not just maintaining the status quo
- Strong working knowledge of compensation, diversity, performance management, and employment laws
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus
