What are we looking for:
The Human Resources Manager is passionate about people. This leader guides people’s performance in the day to day operation. This partner works closely with the Director of Human Resources and local management at different locations to heighten employee working relationships, engagement, productivity, identify key learnings, and career paths to maximize talent strengths. The Human Resources Manager has an eagle eye to objectively mediate people concerns, hold fact based investigations, implement relevant solutions, and deliver communication with a level of care, addressing each matter distinctly.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated aptitude to enable partnership across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. This person enjoys learning, researching HR trends, speaks the business language, listens to today’s needs, and translate these into solutions.
A proven track record to brand and leverage the company; manage sensitive matters, hold critical discussions to support people needs and key business priorities, while maintaining a safe, ethical, diverse, and inclusive work environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units, in partnership with HR leader.
- Consults with MedAesthetics management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of the MedAesthetics workgroups (doctors, nurses, physician assistants), reducing legal risks
- and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with HR leader and legal counsel as needed/required.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Works closely with management non-clinical and clinical teams to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Develops written terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.
- Provides guidance and input on MedAesthetics location restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
- Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred.
