The Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) will play a key role in delivering advanced aesthetic treatments and providing expert care to patients at Reflections. This role combines clinical expertise with an in-depth understanding of aesthetic procedures to ensure safe, effective, and personalized treatments. The NP or PA will conduct patient consultations, perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures, and develop customized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and best practices in aesthetic medicine.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations to assess goals and medical history, providing expert recommendations for treatments and procedures.
• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments, including injectables (neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators) and procedures such as laser hair removal, IPL, RF micro-needling, and other skincare therapies.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with patient objectives and ensure the highest level of care and safety.
• Provide thorough pre- and post-treatment care instructions to patients, ensuring optimal results and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to deliver a seamless and exceptional patient experience.
• Maintain accurate patient records, document consultations, procedures, and follow-ups in compliance with medical protocols.
• Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to offer cutting-edge treatments.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and maintain all necessary licensure and certifications.
• Actively participate in team meetings and training to support continuous improvement and growth within the practice.
• Promote and recommend skincare products and treatments to support patient results and contribute to the practice’s sales goals.

As a clinical leader within the practice, the NP or PA will work closely with the medical and administrative teams to drive both patient satisfaction and practice growth. Qualifications

Requirements
•    3 years Aesthetic injectable experience highly preferred  
•    Must have either a current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of North Carolina.
•    Experience with aesthetics treatments, health and wellness, plastic surgery, or dermatology.
•    Excellent customer support, communication, and integrity.
•    Ability to build rapport with customers and follow-through with aftercare product recommendations.
•    Desire to work in a dynamic environment and grow skills.
•    Able to work well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
•    Possesses knowledgeable on skin care and has the desire to learn more.
•    Demonstrates skills in sales, customer service, and time management.
•    Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, friendly, passionate, intelligent, and knowledgeable regarding the Aesthetics industry.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• This position requires frequent walking, sitting, standing, and bending.
• Frequent talking and listening when giving instructions and explanations.
• Frequent use of the phone, computer, and other clinic technologies.
• Employees will be asked to travel and must be able to carry and maneuver their luggage and navigate through various transportation modes (car, airplane, bus, train).

The total compensation package for this position will range between $120,000-$160,000/yr.

Salary : $120,000 - $160,000
