By leveraging skills in performance marketing, experimentation, and conversion rate optimization, and referrals, you’ll build scalable email & text campaigns from the ground up that reach, convert, and activate new and existing patients.
The ideal candidate has a strong marketing manager background, analytical/organized mindset, with expertise in building programmatic email and text campaigns as well as experience scaling referral programs. You have launched high-impact customer reengagement campaigns that drove measurable results and have proven experience working with founders and creative teams to address gaps in the overall conversion funnel. You deeply understand how to leverage performance channels to reach new audiences and build an enduring brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Email & SMS Management:

Familiarity with modern marketing technology stacks, including proficiency in key areas such as email marketing platforms, social media management tools, analytics software, and CRM systems, with a focus on integrating these technologies to optimize campaign performance and customer engagement.

Create and deploy full lifecycle SMS and email campaigns through the entire customer journey - ranging from prospecting, lead nurturing, onboarding, upsell/cross-sell, and retention and reengagement.

Regularly create new campaigns, as well as keep existing ones up-to-date.

Work with external resources on any needed integrations, including between SMS/email platforms, our CRM, and any other toolsets that allow to closely manage many campaigns simultaneously.

Drive the creative strategy of our email and text marketing campaigns, creating copy and work with the creative team closely until final delivery

Develop a deep understanding of our user journeys and attribution

Develop a robust referral strategy (both online and offline) and work cross-functionally to launch

Provide weekly performance reports with actionable recommendations for improvement.
Brand Management:

Engage key stakeholders in brainstorming marketing campaigns aligned with overall business objectives.

Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and create impactful marketing campaigns.

Lead the development of practice-specific marketing plans. Oversee the creation and execution of quarterly marketing strategies for several aesthetic brands. Provide strategic direction for messaging, creative development, and campaign execution to achieve brand objectives.

Partner with department leaders to align marketing initiatives with overarching brand goals. Manage multiple high-priority projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.

Direct the development of creative briefs and oversee the production of marketing materials to support each partner practice.

Strategically plan and implement comprehensive multi-channel communication strategies for product launches, sales promotions, and events across various platforms such as email, SMS, app notifications, website assets, podcasts, and social media.

Efficiently manage a high volume of projects while ensuring cohesive campaign messaging that resonates with the brand identity and target audience.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 5-6 years of relevant B2C growth or performance marketing experience, preferably growing a significant customer base in a startup environment

Demonstrated experience in digital marketing programs and technologies (SEM, Paid Social, Display) – Meta Ads advertising experience is a must

Strong experience with marketing attribution and conversion tracking such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and other marketing measurement tools

Passion for developing best-in-class campaigns and creative

Ability to work independently and efficiently while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines

Biased to action in iterative processes, willing to tackle problems hands-on and get things done

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong analytical and quantitative skills — knowledge of SQL is a strong plus but not required

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
