As the Zenoti Product Lead, you will own the optimization and management of the Zenoti platform, ensuring seamless technology integration to enhance business efficiency and growth. You will be responsible for analyzing workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and configuring the system to meet business needs. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll drive initiatives that streamline operations, improve user experience, and maximize the platform’s potential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serve as the primary administrator for Zenoti, ensuring smooth system performance and user accessibility.

Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements that enhance productivity.

Configure, customize, and optimize Zenoti settings and features to meet business needs.

Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to align system functionalities with strategic objectives.

Troubleshoot technical issues, liaise with Zenoti support, and implement resolutions.

Develop and lead user training programs to maximize software adoption and efficiency.

Oversee the implementation of new Zenoti features and integrations, ensuring seamless execution.

Generate data reports and analytics to support decision-making and business performance tracking.

Assist with ad-hoc projects focused on system improvements and workflow automation.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE:
-
3 years of experience in product management, system administration, or a related role.

Background in healthcare or MedAesthetics required.

Hands-on experience with Zenoti or similar practice management software.

Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to train users and work cross-functionally.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
