Receptionist/social media assistant wanted for a small private healthcare practice PART-TIME (two days per week, with the opportunity for growth). This position involves a range of administrative/front office duties along with managing and enhancing the practice’s online social media presence. The practice provides traditional and alternative medicine to a diverse patient population and is located in Timonium, MD. The ideal candidate will be detailed-oriented, with strong multitasking abilities, the capacity to prioritize tasks and to work independently. Position is part-time. Base salary will be based on experience, with an opportunity for bonuses based on performance.
Qualifications:
- One year of administration or customer service experience. Compensation will be based on experience.
- Professional phone manner
- Experience in patient scheduling and routing patients to the treating doctor (will train)
- Experience in managing content on various social media platforms
- Experience in tracking social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and overall social media engagement
- Able to follow policy of no fragrance/strong scents as part of uniform due to patient's sensitivities and compliance with the American's with Disabilities Act.
- No negative information of background check
- Ability to follow detailed steps to complete office procedures
- Ability to represent the corporate mission and promote the benefits of integrative health care
