Location: Hiring for the East Metro (Roseville, Stillwater, Forest Lake, Blaine area)
- You must be self-driven, independent and passionate about leading the way in health care to drive positive outcomes for your patients
- Our full-time Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant positions are salaried-guaranteed!
- You may work full-time at either 32 hours/week or 40 hours/week, both are benefits eligible
- Compensation for this position is competitive and will be determined based on factors such as experience, .8 or 1.0 status, and length of time with the company and other considerations.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provides Physical Therapy interventions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to restore function relieve pain, improve function, and prevent disability to facilitate quality patient care. Complies with the direction of a Physical Therapist and applies therapeutic principles appropriately to provide competent patient care.

Schedule:
- Day shift, Monday to Friday, business hours 8:30am-5pm
- Participation in the on-call rotation
Qualifications
Experience:
- 2 Years of PTA experience (Preferred)
- 1 Year of Home Care Experience (Preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work and communicate professionally with patients, medical partners, employees, and supervisors.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program
- Current Minnesota PTA certificate
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
- Technologically proficient and driven by accuracy.
- Provide dependable transportation for patient visits.
Salary : $62,400 - $65,500
