- Our full-time Licensed Physical Therapist positions are salaried-guaranteed!
- You may work full-time at either 32 hours/week or 40 hours/week, both are benefits eligible
- Compensation for this position is competitive and will be determined based on factors such as experience, .8 or 1.0 status, and length of time with the company and other considerations.
- Location: Hiring for the South Metro (Minnetonka, Prior Lake, Bloomington, Eagan, Lakeville area) and the East Metro (Roseville, Cottage Grove, Stillwater, Forest Lake area)
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide Physical Therapy to home care patients and case management when indicated. Provide timely and accurate communication documentation relative to physical therapy services. Provide clinical supervision for the Physical Therapy Assistant. Promote and develop physical therapy services in homecare/hospice.

Schedule:
- Day shift, Monday to Friday
- Participation in the on-call rotation
Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
- Ability to work and communicate professionally with patients, medical partners, employees, and supervisors.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
License/Certification:
- Minnesota Physical Therapy License (Required)
- Driver's License and dependable transportation for patient visits.
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
Salary : $93,000 - $99,000
