Physical Therapist Assistant PTA Home Health – New Grads Welcome!
We are a locally based home care agency seeking awesome physical therapist assistants to join our South Territory team full-time! We're a fun group who like coffee, dogs, kids, and sports (not necessarily in that order) in our free time! Your pay is competitive and guaranteed.
Our full-time Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant positions are salary non-exempt.
- You may work full-time at 32 hours/week or 40 hours/week, both are benefits eligible
- Pay ranges from $62,400 to $66,560 annual salary for a 1.0 position
- Your full-time work arrangement, whether a .8 or a 1.0 position, in addition to other considerations, determines your salary
- Territories to work include the South Metro, Northwest Metro, and East metro area. Location is flexible depending on where you live!
Our Physical Therapist Assistants see between 5-7 patients daily.
Our Teams are Collaborative, Supportive and Interdisciplinary
- You are assigned to a team with a Lead Therapist who will meet in-person and virtually with you:
- For 1:1 guidance
- To oversee your onboarding and
- To be a resource for you and provide ongoing support
- We value interdisciplinary training and collaboration
- You will attend bi-weekly interdisciplinary meetings with colleagues in your territory to case manage, learn and problem-solve together
- You have autonomy and flexibility in setting your schedule

We are hiring for the SOUTH TERRITORY which includes cities such as Minnetonka, Waconia, Chaska, Bloomington, Apple Valley, and Lakeville. A territory map is available upon request.

Full-time employees who work 40 hours/week earn about 18 paid days off each year, plus 6 paid holidays. An employee working 32 hours earns about 14 paid days off, plus paid holidays.

Qualifications
Experience:
- 2 Years of PTA experience (Preferred)
- 1 Year of Home Health Care Experience (Preferred)
Required License/Certification:
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program (required)
- Current Minnesota PTA certificate (required)
- Current BLS/CPR Certification (preferred)
- Driver's License (required)
Salary : $62,400 - $66,560
