Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing a positive first impression of the organization.
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage scheduling and appointments, ensuring efficient use of time for staff and clients.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records in the office database.
- Assist with clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Maintain an organized office environment by managing supplies and equipment.
- Support administrative tasks as needed to enhance overall office productivity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent skills in Quickbooks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
- Accounting background is a plus
- Demonstrated clerical skills including filing, document management, and office procedures.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
