JOB DETAILS:

  • Location: San Jose, CA
  • Onsite/Hybrid: This role requires the student to work full time (throughout the duration of the co-op/intern term.
  • Duration: Summer Internship

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

 

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Program Management Intern to support our sales enablement and operational strategies. This internship provides hands-on experience in managing sales programs, optimizing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn about sales operations, program execution, and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales Programs: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of sales initiatives and enablement programs.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales programs.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in sales workflows and propose process enhancements.
  • Technology & Tools: Gain exposure to CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), sales analytics tools, and automation solutions.
  • Communication & Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and program documentation for stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with teams across the organization to drive alignment on sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s  in Business, Art, Marketing, or Technology.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Interest in technology sales, sales enablement, or business operations.

At AMD, your base pay is one part of your total rewards package.  Your base pay will depend on where your skills, qualifications, experience, and location fit into the hiring range for the position. You may be eligible for incentives based upon your role such as either an annual bonus or sales incentive. Many AMD employees have the opportunity to own shares of AMD stock, as well as a discount when purchasing AMD stock if voluntarily participating in AMD’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
