THE ROLE :
AMD's server software and solutions engineering team is seeking a senior engineer to lead the enablement and optimization of Nutanix software stacks (AOS / AHV, AOS / ESXi) on next-generation AMD EPYC server platforms. This role requires deep expertise in x86 architecture, virtualization, and hyper-converged infrastructure. You will also work with leading OEM engineering teams to enable Nutanix appliances based on OEM AMD servers; this will involve end to end engineering debug and resolution of any functional issues and performance analysis and tuning. This position is based in Santa Clara.
