Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Millwork Estimator located in DeLand, FL. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for millwork projects by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and other documents. Daily tasks include coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors, creating detailed proposals, and ensuring all relevant project costs are accounted for. The Estimator will also work closely with the project management team to monitor project progress and assist in budget management.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and blueprints
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience in cost estimation and budgeting for construction projects
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of materials used in millwork, cabinetry, and related products
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and estimating software
- Previous experience in a similar role within the millwork industry is an asset
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
