Description
- Performing business requirements/process analysis for IT Service Management functions using ITSM platforms namely ServiceNow, JIRA and customer facing web applications, websites and customer portals.
- Experience in gathering and documenting requirements, coordinating with cross functional teams to define/clarify process flows, and converting the end-user requirements into user stories and business process flows.
- Coordination with ServiceNow technical team to explain the business requirements and implement solutions using core ServiceNow functions and build Service Catalog items to automate the processes using ITSM workflows.
- Engaging with stakeholders in validating the solution and associated workflows built by ServiceNow technical team, and coordinated user acceptance testing to get signoff.
- Work in creating training materials prior to deployment and provided training for End-Users for achieving high end-user adoption.
- Detailed oriented, hard working with patience, team player with excellent communication skills.
- Help implement custom SLAs for Service Catalog Tasks to track process performance across cross functional teams
- Work with Managers to understand existing process flows, created process flow diagrams and use them to explain requirements for building Service Catalogs that automated the processes using workflows built using Flow Designer
