Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation and feeding.
- Monitor and record vital signs as needed.
- Administer medication according to prescribed schedules.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Support clients in maintaining their independence within their home or community setting.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients.
- Assist with mobility and transportation as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
Skills
- Experience in senior care or assisted living environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of hospice care practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with meal preparation techniques that cater to dietary restrictions.
- Proficient in medication administration protocols.
- Ability to read and understand care plans effectively.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
