State-of-the-art specialty practice in San Antonio, Texas, seeks to add a full-time Associate Endodontist to our growing practice. Seeking Associate Endodontist experienced in the diagnosis, treatment, and retreatment of all root canal therapy and surgery with excellent communication and team approach skills.
The right Associate Endodontist will have two or more years of hands-on clinical experience and be highly motivated while handling a busy schedule and maintaining the highest standard of patient care. Our expanding Endodontic department is growing with a large internal and external referral base. We have experienced, clinically trained staff, including Endodontic Assistants, Endodontic Treatment Coordinators, and an Endodontic Office Manager, for your support. We offer excellent compensation, earnings potential, and a pathway to ownership.

Base Wage: Competitive market-based wages, receiving the greater of a daily guarantee or a 40% commission based on total monthly collections.

Continuing Education: Gain access to a continuum of CE opportunities nearly every month, ranging from advanced endo, implant restoration, implant placement, complex restorative cases, handling complications, digital imaging, etc. Furthermore, clinicians passionate about teaching can share their knowledge with their own sponsored CE courses.

Associate Endodontists should have an active Texas Dental license or the ability to be licensed in good standing, along with the desire to lead your practice, grow our internal and external patient referral base, and two or more years of clinical experience.
Essential Functions
Our Associate Endodontists will partner with our referring General Dentists to provide the highest level of patient care possible and serve as the expert in Root Canal Therapy including:
Key Job Responsibilities:- Diagnosing and Treating Dental Pulp and Root Canal Issues
- Performing root canal therapy on anterior, pre-molar, and molar teeth
- Performing Endodontic surgeries such as Apicoectomies
- Addressing traumatic dental injuries, and the ability to treat damaged teeth
- Collaberating with General Dentists
- Managing dental pain and anxiety
- Education patients during consults and post op appointments
- Additional duties as directed by the Cheif Clinical Officer
Qualifications
- Active Texas Dental License
- DDS or DMD
- DEA
- Endodontic Residency Training
- CPR Certification
- Denticon experience is a plus!
Work Environment
This is a traveling position in the San Antonio area.
Pay Range
USD $200,000.00 - USD $300,000.00 /Yr.Salary : $200,000 - $300,000
