Duties / Responsibilities :
- Deliver a distinctive patient experience with every patient both in person and over the phone
- Answer high call volume and schedule new and existing patients for orthodontic treatment
- Welcome patients into the office upon arrival, gathering necessary information such as patient demographics, insurance information, and updated health history.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming patient waiting area
- Collect patient payments and post them to their patient ledger
- Update necessary documents in the patient chart
- Outbound calls to patients to confirm upcoming appointments
- Additional duties as needed, such as assisting with baking fresh cookies daily, laundry, taking out the trash, refilling supplies in a common area, and any other necessary tasks in our office
- Being able to drive to the post office
- Posting of payments to patients' accounts
- Answer Emails, texts, and other forms of communication
- Confident in using Microsoft - Word, Excel, and teams
