Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team focusing on interventional spine and chronic pain management. Wonderful team atmosphere in an advanced clinic. Prior experience in pain management not necessary as we train on the job.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient's pain levels and develop individualized pain management plans.
- Educate patients and families about pain management strategies.
- Monitor patient's response to treatments and adjust as needed.
- Administer medications and other treatments to manage pain.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Provide emotional support to patients and families.
- Document patient's progress in medical records.
- Stay current on advances in pain management techniques.
Requirements and Skills:
- Physician Assistant must be a graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
- License to practice Medicine as a Nurse Practitioner with a current valid state license.
- Must be Board Certified and able to provide proof of Board Certification.
- BLS and ACLS Certification
- We welcome new graduates as well as established Nurse Practitioner
