These positions are entry-level Tier 1 Technical Support opportunities. Selected candidates will provide front-line technical support via phone, chat, or email for issues related to different mechanical and electrical products, including troubleshooting, diagnosis, and case tracking within established performance expectations.
We are looking for candidates who possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, are detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and have a passion for helping others solve problems with patience, empathy, and care.
- 15 to $16 (Bilingual candidates must be able to fluently speak, read, and write in both English and either Spanish or Canadian French)
