We are a growing, two doctor practice in Sparks, NV looking to add a Client Care Specialist to our team. We love to learn, and we strive for excellence in client and patient care. We are looking for an individual who is detail oriented, compassionate, hard-working, and thrives under pressure.

Responsibilities
· Answer multiple phone lines
· Greet clients
· Check clients in/out
· Schedule appointments
· Create simple estimates
· General cleaning of department
· Print forms & brochures
· Take prescription requests and messages
· Triage emergencies
· Follow-up calls from previous days routine appointments
· Answer questions and problem solve for clients
· Discuss various specials, recommendations & services with clients
· End of day closing
· Payment handling
· Communicate with all departments and personnel
· Make and utilize puppy/kitten and new client packs
· Scan forms into medical record
· Notating all client communication
· Respond to emails and text messages
· Client education
