Advanced Physical Therapy Solutions is seeking a Front Office Assistant. This position is a first point-of-contact in customer service and public relations. Works to operate the central communications center for the clinic so that all calls are processed promptly. Makes appointments for patients and maintains accurate and orderly schedules for clinicians. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and/or collaboratively with other front office personnel and clinicians, have exceptional attention to detail, and provide excellent customer service to our patients.
This position is full-time position with hourly rate dependent on experience and includes benefits and monthly bonus opportunities. Must be available to work evenings until 6:00 pm.

Responsibilities:
-Perform administrative duties under the direction of the Front Office Manager
- Schedule appointments
-Process intake paperwork and medical records
-Check patients in and out
-Collect payment at the time of service
-Enter demographic info into EMR
-Make copies and send fax as needed
-Answer phones, respond to voicemails, text messages and emails.
Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or GED equivalent
-Experience in healthcare or physical therapy setting
-Reliable transportation
-Must be able to multi-task and operate at a fast pace.
