We believe in taking care of our team, so we offer you the choice of hourly or performance-based pay! Wisconsin licensed plumbers will receive $42 - $60 per hour with our hourly pay. If you choose the performance-based pay model, you earn a percentage of total revenue minus materials. Whether you prefer an hourly rate or performance-based earnings, we ensure you're compensated fairly for your expertise.
