The Industrial Marketing Specialist will focus on driving marketing initiatives for Advanced Polymer Coating’s industrial brand of coating solutions. This role involves developing and executing strategic marketing plans and campaigns to expand APC's presence in key industrial sectors while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Responsibilities and Duties
Campaign Development & Execution:
- Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies for the company’s industrial coating brand(s).
- Create and manage campaigns tailored to reach specific industrial sectors, ensuring maximum impact and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical, and R&D, to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns using KPIs, and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- Plan and coordinate participation in industry events, trade shows, and webinars.
Content & Brand Management:
- Oversee the creation of product promotions, technical materials, and marketing collateral to strengthen the industrial coating brand(s) positioning.
- Ensure all branding and messaging are consistent with APC’s overall vision and values.
Digital Marketing:
- Manage digital campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and online ads.
- Optimize website content and SEO to enhance the brands’ online visibility.
- Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and support marketing campaigns effectively.
Administrative & Reporting:
- Track and report marketing budgets for industrial campaigns to ensure efficient spending and return on investment (ROI).
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activity, and emerging trends in industrial coatings.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the Marketing Manager for future strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the industrial or B2B sector.
- Proven ability to execute marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and marketing analytics software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
