Summer Internship - Accounting

(APP) has been developing and manufacturing complex net-shape components using metal injection molding (MIM) and 3D metal printing technologies for the firearms, medical, industrial and defense industries. Advanced Powder Products is seeking an intern to work over the summer break in our Accounting Department.
General Summary: Support the Accounting department with daily tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, inventory counts, and accounting/system audits.
Requirements:
- Pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance
- Ability to think analytically to solve problems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Good attention to detail
- Basic accounting knowledge
