(APP) has been developing and manufacturing complex net-shape components using metal injection molding (MIM) and 3D metal printing technologies for the medical, industrial and defense industries. Job Responsibilities:
- Operate manufacturing equipment (molding machine, CNC, hand tools)
- Use dexterity to set parts on ceramics and trays at prescribed rates
- Assist with loading and unloading furnace
- Insure work areas are cleaned and organized daily
- Measure products using calipers, microscopes, etc. to ensure quality production
- Inform managers of quality issues that arise
- Ensure customer requirements and shipping demands are met
- Overtime as needed
Qualifications
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED, or 1 year manufacturing experience
- General mechanical aptitude
- Basic math and computer skills
- Orderly and responsible with tools and work area
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Must be safety conscious – wear safety glasses, etc.
- Present self in a clean, well-kept manner
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
