What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Production Team Member position at Advanced Power Conversion Solutions Inc?
Our company is growing, and we are looking to add someone with previous production machinery experience, including settings and adjustments to our production team! Attention to fine details is a must as is a teamwork attitude. We manufacture high performing capacitors in our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant, no high noise levels or odorous smells! Working hours are M - F, 7am - 3.30pm.
This position is to work in two of our production areas to start, the winding room and running our end spray booth. Full training will be provided, but experience of running production machinery is a must. Starting pay for this position is $18 - $21 an hour depending on experience.
There is the opportunity to increase pay as additional skills are learned and certified. Our goal is to have multifaceted team members equipped with a broader range of technical and leadership skills.

Speed and efficiency are important in the position. Some lifting up to 35lbs are required but typical is 5 - 25lbs.
