What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Team Member position at Advanced Power Conversion Solutions Inc?
Our company is growing, and we are looking to add to our production team! We manufacture high performing capacitors in our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant, no high noise levels or odorous smells! All areas of production are available M - F, 7am - 3.30pm.
Starting pay, with no previous manufacturing experience, is $16.50 an hour full training will be given. For those with relevant experience your starting pay will reflect this $18.00 an hour.
There is the opportunity to increase pay as additional skills are learned and certified. Our goal is to have multifaceted team members equipped with a broader range of technical and leadership skills.

Speed and efficiency are important in the position. Some lifting up to 35lbs are required but typical is 5 - 25lbs.
