1. Responsibilities

- Assist in strategic planning efforts to align organizational goals with market opportunities.

2. Change Management Role Description
2.1. A Change Management Lead plays a critical role in ensuring that projects meet objectives by increasing employee adoption and usage. They focus on the people side of change – including changes to business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures.
2.2. The Change Management Lead's primary responsibility is to create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. This professional works to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization, and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organization to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and the achievement of results and outcomes.
3. Key Responsibilities
3.1. Change Strategy
3.1.1. Identify stakeholder groups and develop change management RACI.
3.1.2. Facilitate stakeholder alignment on change scope, reason for change, and risks of change.
3.1.3. Establish and monitor change management KPIs/success indicators.
3.2. Change Communications
3.2.1. Identify communication channels and align on project branding and email communication approach.
3.2.2. Develop and implement a communications plan.
3.3. Change Champion Network
3.3.1. Develop and implement a change champion network plan.
3.3.2. Facilitate the kick-off call and regularly scheduled champion network meetings, delivering key messages and addressing on-the-ground issues.
3.4. Change Readiness & Impact Assessment
3.4.1. Conduct readiness interviews with stakeholders.
3.4.2. Deliver a change readiness assessment with recommendations.
3.4.3. Adjust the change strategy as needed based on the results of the readiness assessment.
3.4.4. Document future state changes and impacts throughout.
3.5. Training Needs Assessment and Strategy
3.5.1. Assess existing training materials and align upskilling needs based on impact assessment.
3.5.2. Develop an upskilling and training rollout plan.
3.5.3. Support the development of training materials and implementation of the training plan.
3.6. Hypercare
3.6.1 Conduct post-go live listening campaigns.
3.6.2. Continue managing communications while monitoring change KPIs/success indicators.
3.6.3. Make process/program/technology adjustments as needed based on feedback from impacted stakeholders.
4. Qualifications and Experience
4.1. Hard Skills
4.1.1. Change Management Methodologies: Familiarity with methods such as ADKAR or Prosci.
4.1.2 Change Strategy Implementation: Highly adept at tactically implementing change strategies by developing change content (communications plan and draft comms, readiness surveys, readiness reports, documented future changes and impacts, training materials, delivering training, etc.).
4.1.3. Performance Measurement: Ability to establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for change initiatives.
4.1.4. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
4.1.5. Business Analysis: Understanding company processes, business strategies, objectives, and how changes may affect these areas.
4.2. Soft Skills
4.2.1. Communication skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey messages regarding change initiatives org-wide.
4.2.2. Problem-Solving Abilities: Highly adept at identifying potential obstacles or points of resistance ahead of time and developing strategies to address them.
4.2.3. Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional track record of relationship-building with stakeholders at all levels.
4.3. Experience
4.3.1. Previous experience in leading significant organizational changes is essential.
4.3.2. Experience working with cross-functional teams.
4.3.3. Experience leading change in Human Resources is a plus.
