Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers using company-provided leads and generate new leads.
- Schedule on-site visits (Go Looks) with customers to evaluate their propane needs.
- Provide professional pricing proposals to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the Branch Manager to schedule installations.
- Set and exceed goals for Go Looks, quotes, and new customers.
- Maintain records of customer quotes, emails, and interactions.
- Understand propane applications for logs, heaters, water heaters, and more.
- Be proficient in estimating annual propane usage and tank sizing.
- Provide timely and accurate pricing proposals to customers, ensuring quick responses to inquiries.
- Participate in local marketing efforts and community activities to raise brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote Advanced Propane.
Requirements and Skills:
- Previous experience in sales or business development.
- Strong people and communication skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with the Sales Manager, Branch Manager, and other team members.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel) and internet search tools.
- Propane experience is a plus but not required (training provided)
