Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Community Association Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of various properties, ensuring adherence to governing documents, contracts, and management agreements. This role involves regular property visits for inspections, conducting meetings, and providing project oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular property visits for inspections, meetings, and project management.
- Manage communities in compliance with governing documents, management agreements, and contracts.
- Understand and implement the terms and conditions of the Management Contract.
- Perform administrative duties as required.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
- Process violations and architectural control applications.
- Prepare for, attend, and present Manager’s Reports at Board of Directors (BOD) meetings; record notes and minutes, and ensure clear communication with the BOD, vendors, and the internal team.
- Develop and submit complete and accurate annual budgets, meeting all deadlines while considering asset goals and market conditions. Work closely with the company’s accounting and upper management teams for support in this process.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and applicable laws, and educate Boards accordingly.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements & Critical Skills:
- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with Boards, unit owners, and vendors.
- Communicate regularly and clearly with Board members and residents.
- Ability to effectively lead Board of Directors meetings.
- Demonstrate strong time management and prioritization skills, especially under deadlines.
- Stay informed about relevant state and regulatory statutes.
- Provide personal follow-up with clients through email, phone, or in-person as needed.
- Meet all deadlines consistently.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid CAM license issued by the State of Florida.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Community Association Management, with expertise in managing both condos and HOAs.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and property management-specific software.
- A motivated team player with a positive attitude.
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
