What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician - Lynn/Revere position at Advanced Property Management?
Maintenance Technicians, Lynn/Revere. We are seeking Maintenance Techs for our Property Management portfolio in the Lynn/Revere area. Applicants must have at least 2-4 years of general experience/skills including one or more of the following: carpentry, painting, light electrical, light plumbing, snow removal, and general building maintenance. Must be physically able to perform all tasks in the job description without restrictions. Our candidate should reside within 30 minutes of Revere/Lynn. Rotating “on-call" each month and a valid Driver’s License and vehicle are required.
