We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Unarmed Security Officers to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their assets. This is a critical role that requires excellent conflict management abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional security services.

Sports Bar in the Henrico Municipal area (North West side of Richmond)
*The Bus line does not go to this area*
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular posting of the premises to deter and detect any unauthorized activity
- Respond promptly to alarms or incidents and take appropriate action
- Provide de-escalation to promote a safe environment for clients and visitors
- Maintain accurate logs and reports of all security-related activities
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients and visitors as needed
- Enforce access control procedures to prevent unauthorized entry
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary
Requirements
- Must possess a valid security officer license or certification
- First Aid, CPR, and AED certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures through DCJS certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Proficient in surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies.
- Reliable transportation
- Weekends (Friday and Saturday)
