Job Title : Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Requirements :
- Master’s degree from an accredited Advanced Practice Registered Nurse school.
- 1 year of experience as a PMHNP required
- ANCC Board Certification required.
- Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted license(s) to practice nursing pursuant to the laws of the State where healthcare services are provided;
- Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted Advanced Practice Registered Nurse License pursuant to the laws of the State where healthcare services are provided;
- Possess and maintain a valid Drug Enforcement Administration (“DEA”) number and all other licenses and certificates that may be lawfully required to prescribe dangerous drugs and controlled substances;
- Ability to possess and maintain adequate / required Professional Liability Insurance policy;
- Comply with prescription drug monitoring program regulation, including, but not limited to registration and use;
- Possess and maintain all accreditations, certifications, and credentials necessary and appropriate to enable nurse practitioner to perform, and Company to bill for, the Services;
- Remain a Medicare and Medicaid Provider in the State where healthcare services are provided;
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as thorough knowledge about the various medical processes and procedures;
- Ability to function well independently, as well as a member of a multidisciplinary team, ability to work productively and effectively.
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Compensation :
The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for this position. A successful candidate’s actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate’s work history, experience, skill set, and education. This is not inclusive of the value of ARC Health’s benefits package, which includes, among other benefits, healthcare / dental / vision, and retirement.

APG Health provides behavioral healthcare services to Orlando residents that includes psychiatric care for adults and children, mental health counseling, on-site ADHD testing, and clinical trials and studies for eligible candidates.
We are staffed by fourteen providers, and numerous support staff that include Adult Registered Nurse Practitioners, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Mental Health Counselors, and Doctors with a range of specialties in the field of psychiatry.
