Our E-Commerce Coordinator will be responsible for managing key marketplaces channels including Amazon, The Home Depot, Lowes, Walmart, and others across several brands. This role will be a valuable addition to our E-Commerce team to help contribute to the continued growth of the E-Commerce channel business. We welcome any passionate candidate with proactive attitude who can roll up the sleeves to any tasks assigned. This is a great position to get fast trained and grow on channel management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct channel performance tracking, including operational metrics tracking, pricing monitoring, and promotion tracking
- Manage channel item set up and content updates
- Update channel inventory through eCommerce portals
- Work closely with the order management and supply chain teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment for channel operations
- Track and evaluate customer feedback to identify trends and provide actionable insights for improvement
- Assist in the onboarding and setup of new channels to drive business growth
- Handle ad-hoc tasks that contribute to effective channel management and operational efficiency
Skills:
- Proficient in navigating eCommerce platforms
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Advance proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate insight into action
- Quick learning and Adaptability to eCommerce portals and tools
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BS) in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field
- 2 years of experience in eCommerce
- Strong understanding of eCommerce principles and best practices
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and order fulfillment processes
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint required
- A team player with a collaborative mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
