Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Repossession Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a self loading wrecker, running and updating accounts assigned to your area, recover outstanding vehicles according to ARA standards and company policies, and safely towing vehicles to secured lot. This role requires strong communication skills and attention to detail, along with the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism. Responsibilities
- Conduct vehicle recoveries in a professional manner while following ARA standards and company policies.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette and communication skills with team members and "customers" throughout the recovery process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data entry into the system.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to accounts.
- Collaborate with team members to meet recovery goals and improve overall performance.
- Follow established protocols for handling sensitive information while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist with recovery operations as necessary within our team.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a wrecker/tow truck is preferred.
- Valid Tow Endorsement.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software applications.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a significant advantage.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
