Job Summary:
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes and facilities to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory standards.
- Review and approve batch records, quality control documents, and other relevant documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Identify and investigate deviations, non-conformances, and product complaints, and work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Quality Control team to analyze data and trends related to product quality and process performance.
- Participate in internal and external audits, preparing necessary documentation and responses to findings.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance processes and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and quality standards to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, chemistry, or engineering).
- Previous experience in quality assurance or quality control within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry preferred.
- Strong understanding of GMP, FDA regulations, and other applicable standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and documentation review.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
