As a Sales Manager you will lead the company’s efforts to drive profitable growth and expand market presence by managing the sales of our products and services. This role involves guiding the sales team, and developing actionable goals that align with both immediate and long-term growth objectives. By fostering a winning sales environment, the Sales Manager ensures consistent revenue growth and helps position the company as an industry leader.
We expect you to be a reliable professional able to achieve balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach. A vibrant/energetic sales professional with very strong presentation/observational skills is what this role calls for. The goal is to find opportunities and turn them in long-term relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction. VERY realistic 6 figure income your first 12 months employed.

Responsibilities
Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
Generate leads through daily in person prospecting and cold calling. You are expected to physically cold call 20 business per day and set 8-10 appointment per week from those leads.
Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
Present products to prospective clients
Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
Desired Skills
Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (Quickbase) - will train
Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
Organizational and time-management skills
A business acumen and approach
Enthusiastic and outgoing
High-school Degree
Drivers License
Strong on customer follow ups and organization skills for future leads
