The Director of Operations will oversee the day-to-day operational functions of our business, driving efficiency, innovation, and profitability. This leader will manage multi-location teams, develop strategies for growth, and ensure all operational practices align with our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and streamline operations across multiple branches, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and drive revenue.
- Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams to achieve performance objectives and uphold our customer-focused culture.
- Analyze and improve key operational metrics, ensuring quality and consistency in service delivery.
- Collaborate with department heads on inventory management, logistics, and vendor partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and company standards.
- Identify and address operational challenges, implementing innovative solutions to improve processes.
- Partner with senior leadership to evaluate and expand our market presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in operational software and tools, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
