Field Supervisor Position Description :
The field supervisor plans and organizes the delivery and application of our material for the Land Application Program. An individual in this role is responsible for the service, maintenance and supervision of the land application employees and equipment.
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Knowledge of computers and tablets to include, but not limited to, Word, Excel, field mapping, email and use of the internet. Must have a working knowledge of farming practices, including the operation of various broadcast spreaders, operation of dump trucks, frontend loaders and other types of heavy equipment. Excellent problem solving and people skills also required.
