Your Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and operations. You’ll manage service calls from initiation to completion, assist technicians, maintain records, and perform key administrative duties to support daily workflow.
What You’ll Achieve
Coordinate and dispatch service technicians to efficiently manage schedules and geographical demands. Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate for billing and collections. Maintain up-to-date customer databases and service logs. Provide exceptional service, supporting clients, technicians, and vendors with clear communication.
Key Responsibilities
Process incoming client calls for service, maintenance, and warranty needs. Schedule and coordinate job site access for technicians. Maintain service dispatch boards and ensure timely updates. Perform accounting tasks, including collections and timesheet processing. Support administrative and clerical activities as directed by management. Participate in our on-call program to ensure 24/7 customer service excellence.
What You Bring to the Table
High school diploma or GED. 0-3 years of dispatching experience (roofing industry preferred). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Advanced customer service skills; bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus. Ability to thrive in a dog-friendly environment.
Working Conditions
Commitment to safety and compliance with OSHA, state, and federal regulations. Must pass a background investigation and pre-employment drug screening.
