Position Summary :
The Director of Operations will oversee the daily operations of the practice, ensuring the efficient delivery of healthcare services and the achievement of organizational goals. This role will focus on optimizing operational processes, managing staff performance, and supporting strategic initiatives to drive growth and patient satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in optimizing an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) with the support of an expert consulting group and a strong background in operations leadership for a mid-size practice with strong affiliations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all administrative and operational functions of the practice, including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and compliance.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with physicians and leadership to support strategic growth initiatives and service line expansion.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue cycle management.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop staff to promote a high-performance culture and professional growth.
- Monitor patient satisfaction metrics and implement improvements to enhance the patient experience.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to streamline operations.
