Stacy Creagan is currently hiring an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP-C) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join a growing, and dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients with pulmonary conditions, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, interstitial lung disease, and other respiratory disorders.
What You'll Do:
- This role involves outpatient care, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient management and treatment plans.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including history taking and physical examinations of patients with pulmonary conditions.

Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatments, making adjustments as necessary.

Provide education and counseling to patients and their families about lung health, disease management, and prevention strategies.

Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences to discuss patient progress and develop care plans.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including prescribing medications, ordering diagnostic tests, and performing therapeutic procedures.Who You Are
- 3 years of experience as a NP or PA in a similar setting (outpatient clinical care)
- Attention to detail and ability to see an independent patient panel with minimal supervision
- Empathetic patient care with excellence in "bedside manner" in an outpatient environment
- Ability to work alongside collaborative healthcare team (medical assistants, etc.)
